Everything you need to know about using FanplaShop.
1. Creating an Account
To purchase items on FanplaShop, you need to create an account. Click the “Register” button in the top-right corner of the page and fill in your email address and password. You can also use the “Generate Random Password” option for a secure password.
2. Browsing Products
Products are organized into categories: Metaverse, Art, and Goods. Use the category buttons on the homepage or the navigation to browse. You can sort products by name (A–Z, Z–A) or price (Low to High, High to Low). Use the search icon in the header to find products by name.
3. Purchasing Items
Select the desired quantity on the product detail page and click “Proceed to purchase.” Items will be added to your cart. Proceed to checkout, enter your billing address and contact details (required for payment verification—we do not ship physical goods), and complete payment through LuqaPay. All prices are displayed in USD. Orders of $100 or more have no processing fee. Orders under that amount include a flat $3.49 processing fee.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely through LuqaPay, which supports major credit and debit cards. You will be redirected to LuqaPay's secure payment page to complete your transaction. After payment, you will be redirected back to FanplaShop with your order confirmation.
5. Managing Your Account
Visit the “My Account” page to view your profile, order history, and account settings. You can filter orders by status (completed, incomplete) and update your personal information. If you forget your password, use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page.
