Article 3 — Account Registration

Users must register an account to use certain features of the Service. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted through their account. The Company may refuse or revoke registration at its discretion.

Article 4 — Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from the following activities:

  • Violating laws, regulations, or public order and morals
  • Infringing upon the intellectual property or other rights of the Company or third parties
  • Unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Interfering with the operation of the Service
  • Reselling or redistributing purchased items in violation of these Terms
  • Using the Service for fraudulent or deceptive purposes

Article 5 — Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the Service and its Content belong to the Company or the respective rights holders. Purchasing downloadable digital content grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use that content as described on the product page and in these Terms — it does not transfer ownership of copyrights, trademarks, or other underlying intellectual property. Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any Content beyond the permitted scope without prior written consent.

Article 6 — Disclaimer

The Company does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any indirect or consequential damages.

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Article 8 — Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
